Free Discovery Call

  • 30-Minute Discovery Session (video or phone): Free


Therapy & Coaching Sessions

  • Intake Session (75–90 minutes): $175

  • Standard Session (50 minutes): $140

  • 90-Minute Session: $210

  • 30-Minute Check-In (ongoing clients only): $70

  • School/Childcare Observation (75–90 minutes): $175–$210


Bundles & Packages (for those not using insurance)

  • 3-Session Bundle: $379 (Save 10%)

Parent Coaching Package: $770 Includes:

  • 6 sixty-minute sessions (in-person or virtual)

  • Full email/message support between sessions

  • Tailored resources for your family

  • Access to the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)

  • Written summary of your goals, resources and action plan


Payment & Cancellation

  • Payment is due at the time of service

  • Credit/debit and HSA cards accepted

  • All clients must store a card in the secure client portal

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

 

Insurance

In-Network Insurance (via Headway):

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

  • Blue Care Network (BCN)

  • Aetna

Note: Rates and fees are determined by Headway and your insurance coverage. Headway processes all claims. I also accept clients through Spring Health (employee benefit).

Out-of-Network (OON):

  • I can provide a monthly "superbill" for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company

  • A mental health diagnosis is required to submit for insurance reimbursement


Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider:

  • Do I have an OON deductible for behavioral health?

  • What percentage of OON costs are reimbursed?

  • What is the reimbursement process?

  • Where can I find the claim form?

Note: Insurance can restrict session frequency, type, or require diagnoses that remain in your medical record.

 

Sliding Scale

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee therapy spots through Open Path. Available to new and ongoing clients, especially those facing financial changes. Please ask for details.

 

Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP)

    • Requires co-regulation and support to ensure felt safety

    • Sessions billed at regular therapy rates

    • Insurance reimbursement available for in-network clients

    • Sessions focused on preparation for listening, choosing space and activities for listening and what to expect in between sessions.

    • Education about the nervous system and strategies for incorporating ideas for use outside of sessions

    • Co-regulation and observation to track energy levels and responses to the SSP

    • Sessions billed at regular therapy rates

    • Insurance reimbursement available for in-network clients

    • Includes 9 hours group support + 1 hour individual consult

    • Sliding scale pricing:

      • $559 – Sustaining Rate

      • $459 – Balanced Rate

      • $359 – Essential Rate

    • Half payment due at registration

    • Payment plans available

    • Additional consults: $140/hour

    • For those who are not using health insurance

    • Ideal when a parent listens alongside the child

    • Includes: Discovery call, 1 family consult, 3 additional consults, email support, access to SSP pathways for 6 months

    • Pricing: Duo: $579 | Family: $779

    • Additional consults: $140/hr or $70/half hour

    • Insurance billing possible; payment plans available

SSP for Therapy and Parent Coaching Clients

  • SSP is available as an adjunct to therapy/coaching

  • Fees vary depending on use; minimal cost for active clients
