Initial 30 Minute Discovery Session (video or phone) - FREE

Intake Session with Parents - (75-90 minutes video or in-person) - $175

Single Session (50 minutes video or in-person) - $140

90 Minute Session - $210

Half Session for Ongoing Clients (25 minutes via video) - $70

School/Childcare Observation (75 - 90 minutes) - $175 - 210

3 Session Bundle - $379 (savings of 10%)

Family Coaching Package - $770

Which includes:

  • 6 - 50 minute sessions (in-person or virtual, using a secure, HIPAA compliant platform).   We can meet every 2-3 weeks initially, or as often as you prefer.

  • Full email or message support between sessions through a secure platform.

  • Resources tailored to your unique family needs.

  • Access to and support through the use of the Safe and Sound Protocol.

  • A written summary of your goals and the action plan we craft together.



Safe and Sound Protocol is now available for a package rate of $497 which includes:

  • A minimum of 3 consultations to assess the best pathway and pacing, prepare you for using the protocol, provide nervous system education, and observe and support your initial listening sessions.

  • Regular email, voice, or messaging support while you are doing the independent, remote portion of your listening.

  • Access to the appropriate SSP pathways (Connect, Core, Balance)

  • Access to the SSP Core for a full second round - people usually benefit from eventually repeating the full protocol after their nervous system and body have had time to integrate the changes.

For those working with me via therapy or coaching, the SSP is available as an adjunct to therapy with no or minimal additional cost. Fees vary depend on how it is being used.

Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, check, credit/debit and HSA card/checks are accepted. During your intake process you will be asked to enter your credit card information into the secure client portal for electronic payment.

Cancellations can be made with at least 24-hours notice.

Sliding Fee Scale:

I hold a small number of reduced fee spots through my partnership with Open Path Psychotherapy Collective. You can read more about it on their site. Both new and existing clients are eligible for these slots. For existing clients this can also be an affordable way to continue therapy when there has been a loss of employment or income change for the individual or family.

Insurance:

Health insurance is an asset that many understandably want to use as fully as possible. At the same time, there are some ethical concerns and constraints created when utilizing insurance benefits for treatment such as: insurance companies limiting the number and frequency of sessions, insurance companies dictating the type of therapeutic approach, and the use of diagnostic codes that can further stigmatize people (particularly those who have experienced early or ongoing traumas) and that then remain in a person’s medical record for life. It is for these reasons that I am not paneled with insurance plans.

Therefore, I am considered an out of network provider (OON) with insurance companies. If you would like to consider seeking reimbursement with your insurance provider for therapy services, you can contact your insurance company and find out if your policy includes out of network mental health or behavioral health services. If so and you decide to seek reimbursement, I am able to provide you a monthly detailed receipt (called a “super bill”). Please be aware that submitting for reimbursement requires the use of a diagnostic code.

Additional questions to ask your insurance provider:

  • Do I have a deductible for out of network services?

  • What is the percentage of coverage for OON mental or behavioral health services?

  • What is the process for seeking reimbursement?

  • Where can I find the form for submitting claims?
